SMS Terms and Conditions:

Beautiful Minds Counseling and Wellness will use SMS messages to respond to clients or send reminders to clients, as requested. All clients can opt-in to receive SMS messages by completing the Contact Us form.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. you will receive an estimate of 1-4 messages a month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You can sign up to receive SMS messages by completing our online form at Contact Us - Beautiful Minds, or by messaging YES to (318-350-6030) MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by messaging STOP to 318-350-6030 or [email protected] in response to any text message you receive. After you send the SMS or email message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may do so by completing our online form at Contact Us - Beautiful Minds or by messaging 318-350-6030.
You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email address and website.
Data obtained from you in connection with our SMS messaging service will strictly be for our use only. We do not sell, rent, or trade consumer information to third parties. If you have questions regarding our privacy practices, please read our privacy policy included in your intake paperwork. We can provide you with an additional copy, at any time, upon request.
